SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Justin Foscue drove in two runs and the Round Rock Express secured a split against Salt Lake with a 7-3 win over the Bees Sunday to conclude the week-long series at The Ballpark at America First Square.
Michael Plassmeyer recorded six strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Round Rock.
Kyren Paris homered in the loss for the Bees.
Presently, the Bees are 26-36 and the Express are 30-33.
Salt Lake returns to action Tuesday at Las Vegas for a six-game series against the Aviators. Opening pitch is slated for 8:05 pm MDT.

GARDEN CITY, Idaho-Max Jung-Goldberg and Ethan Underwood drove in four runs apiece and the Boise Hawks doubled up Ogden 18-9 Sunday at Memorial Stadium to secure a split in the series against the Raptors.
Tony Roca recorded four strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Hawks. Carmine Lane homered in the loss for Ogden. Following Sunday’s game, Boise improved to 10-8 and Ogden fell to 8-10.
The Raptors return to action Tuesday for a six-game homestand against the Great Falls Voyagers at Lindquist Field. Opening pitch is slated for 7:05 pm.
