SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Chad Stevens belted a grand slam and the Salt Lake Bees edged Omaha 11-10 Friday at The Ballpark at America First Square in Pacific Coast League play.

Buck Farmer netted a strikeout in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.

Jac Caglianone and Cam Devanney homered in the loss for the Stormchasers.

The Bees, winners of seven of their last eight games, secured the series win with the victory and improved to 22-26 on the season. Omaha fell to 19-28.

The squads return to action for the fifth game of the series Saturday at 6:35 pm at The Ballpark at America First Square.

Pioneer League

OAKLAND, Calif.-Lou Helmig, Marques Titialii, Davis Drewek and Christian Almanza homered and the Oakland Ballers routed Ogden 16-1 Friday at Raimondi Park in Pioneer League play.

Dylan Matsuoka netted seven strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Oakland. Carter Mize drove in a run in the loss for the Raptors. Both squads are presently 2-2 on the season entering the fifth game of the series. The squads return to action Saturday at 7:35 pm at Raimondi Park.
