SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)-Rudy Gobert scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the first half, and Utah cruised to its fifth straight win.

Utah jumped out to a 22-4 lead and extended it to 71-35 by halftime. Gobert was 7-of-8 shooting, Donovan Mitchell scored 13 points in the half and Jae Crowder added 12. It was 101-72 at the end of the third quarter.

Second overall pick Marvin Bagley III led the Kings with 17 points.

JAZZ: Utah shot 64 percent from the field in the first half, including 7 of 16 from 3-point range, and held Sacrament to 25.5 percent shooting. The Jazz also outrebounded the Kings 31-14 before halftime. … Rookie Grayson Allen scored all 14 of his points after halftime.

KINGS: Buddy Hield was 2 of 10 from the field in the first half and Bagley was 3 of 10. … Newcomer Iman Shumpert played his first minutes for Sacramento and scored two points. Fifth overall selection De’Aaron Fox made 1 of 10 shots for four points.
