HEBER CITY, Utah-Wednesday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for June 20.

Case #2306-1158/Missing Person: Rocky Mountain Lodge Care Center, 544 E. 1200 South, Heber City, reported a 53-year-old male patient with Dementia and Type 2 Diabetes missing. The patient was located after several hours of searching and returned to the facility.

Case #2306-1152/Missing Person: Officers searched for a missing autistic child in the area of 1000 South and 400 West, Heber City. The child was found at Main Street Park within an hour and returned home.
