Former UVU Men’s Basketball Standout Signs Pro Contract in Romania

OREM, Utah-Former Utah Valley University men’s basketball standout Brandon Randolph signed a pro contract to play for Liga Nationala member Baschet Club SCM Timisoara of Romania per a report late Monday.

Liga Nationala is the highest-rated Romanian basketball league and is the same league that his fellow former Wolverine, Marcel Davis, plays in as he is with CSU SIBIU.

The native of Inglewood, Calif. is second all-time in UVU annals in assists (285) and assists per game (4.3).

For his contributions last season, Randolph was honored by making the second-team All-WAC squad.

In his two seasons in Orem, Randolph amassed 679 points, ranking him 13th all-time in Wolverines history.

While attending UVU, Randolph earned a degree in communications.
