EL PASO, Texas-Trent Brooks homered twice and the El Paso Chihuahuas dismantled Salt Lake 10-3 Friday at Southwest University Ballpark in the season opener for both squads.
Raul Brito posted three strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for El Paso.
Scott Kingery and Ryan Noda homered in defeat for the Bees.
