BYU starts the season November 3 by playing Villanova at the T-Mobile Arena of Las Vegas.
Utah starts the season by hosting San José State November 3 at the Huntsman Center.
Media day for the Big 12 men’s basketball schools is Wednesday October 22 at Kansas City, Mo.

BYU freshman guard/forward A.J. Dybantsa (21.5 points, 12.7 rebounds per game last season at Utah Prep of Hurricane)
BYU junior guard/forward Riche Saunders (16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds per game for the Cougars last season)
Houston senior point guard Emanuel Sharp (12.6 points, 3 rebounds per game for the Cougars last season)
Houston junior forward Justin Tugler (5.5 points, 5.9 rebounds per game for the Cougars last season)
Houston senior guard Milos Uzan (11.4 points, 4.2 assists per game for the Cougars last season)
Iowa State senior guard Tamin Lipsey (10.6 points, 3.1 assists per game for the Cyclones last season)
