OREM, Utah-Monday, Utah Valley men’s basketball coach Mark Madsen confirmed the retention of director of basketball operations Bobby Horodyski on his staff.
Horodyski assists the Wolverines with academic oversight, travel, equipment and overseeing the managers and graduate assistants.
Horodyski is also in charge of film exchange and directs the Wolverines’ summer camps.
He first joined the Wolverines’ staff in 2015 after spending two years as a graduate assistant at Wyoming.
Horodyski is a native of Gainesville, Fla. and played collegiately at Central Florida from 2011-13.
He made one start for the Knights and played in 10 games while helping to lead the squad to the NIT during his junior season.
He also played at Marshall for one season in 2009-10 before transferring to UCF.
Horodyski is a 2013 graduate of UCF and also earned a Master’s degree while at Wyoming.
