WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Scott Kingery, Chad Stevens and Niko Kavadas each homered and the Salt Lake Bees won their third straight game with a 6-1 win over Sacramento Saturday at Sutter Health Park.
Touki Toussaint posted three strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Daniel Johnson homered in the loss for the River Cats.
Following Saturday’s results, the Bees improved to 18-25 and the River Cats fell to 20-24.
The Bees go for the series win Sunday at 2:05 pm at Sutter Health Park.
