Bees Overpower Aviators Wednesday

LAS VEGAS-Niko Kavadas homered twice and Ben Gamel also went yard as the Salt Lake Bees overpowered Las Vegas 11-6 Wednesday at Las Vegas Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play. Dakota Hudson netted three strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees. Junior Perez drove in three runs in defeat for the Aviators. Following Wednesday’s results, the Bees improved to 63-82 on the season and the Aviators slipped to 81-65. The squads return to action Thursday at 8:05 pm for the third game in the series at Las Vegas Ballpark.
