ROUND ROCK, Texas-Michael Stefanic recorded a ground-out RBI in the top of the 12th Inning and the Salt Lake Bees outlasted Round Rock 4-3 Thursday at Dell Diamond. Eric Torres posted three strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees. Torres is 1-1 on the season for Salt Lake. Jack Lopez added a home run in victory for Salt Lake. Disobel Arias homered in the loss for the Express. Salt Lake improved to 57-65 on the season while the Express fell to 74-48. Salt Lake and Round Rock return to action Friday at 6:05 pm at Dell Diamond.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-Jake McMurray and Cordell Dunn Jr. each drove in a pair of runs and the Rocky Mountain Vibes smacked Ogden 8-1 Thursday at UCHealth Park. Nico Zeglin posted six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Vibes. This was Ogden’s 5th straight loss and seventh in their last 10 games as the Raptors fell to 43-38. Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain improved to 41-39 on the season following Thursday’s results. The Raptors and Vibes return to action Friday at 6:35 pm at UCHealth Park.
