ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-Jared Walsh homered and the Salt Lake Bees doubled up the Albuquerque Isotopes 4-2 Saturday at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park.

Luis Ledo posted six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees. Ledo is 3-3 on the season for Salt Lake.

Wynton Bernard homered in the loss for the Isotopes.

Salt Lake improved to 44-44 on the season while Albuquerque fell to 37-52.

The Bees and Isotopes each vie for the series win Sunday in the rubber match at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park.

Opening pitch is slated for 6:05 pm.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Joe Encarnacion homered and the Rocky Mountain Vibes edged Ogden 9-8 Saturday at Lindquist Field to conclude the series. Zach Ottinger posted three strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Vibes.

Rafael Narea and Landen Barns each drove in two runs in the loss for the Raptors.

Rocky Mountain improved to 20-27 on the season while Ogden fell to 31-17.

The Raptors return to action Tuesday at 7:05 pm by visiting the Missoula PaddleHeads.
