ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-Zac Veen, Sam Hilliard and Braxton Fulford homered and the Albuquerque Isotopes hammered Salt Lake 14-3 Saturday at Isotopes Park in the fifth game of this Pacific Coast League series.
Karl Kauffmann earned the win on the mound for Albuquerque. Chuckie Robinson drove in two runs for the Bees in the loss.
Salt Lake fell to 3-5 in defeat while the Isotopes improved to 4-4. The squads return to action Sunday at 1:35 pm to conclude the series at Isotopes Park while Albuquerque goes for the series win and Salt Lake seeks to secure a split.
