…WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM MST TUESDAY…
* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE…Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80, Southern Mountains and Central Mountains.
* WHEN…Until 4 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Hazardous travel conditions are expected to impact the Monday evening commute.
Blowing snow will cause poor visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
