HEBER CITY, Utah-Wednesday evening at the Wasatch County School District’s Board of Education meeting, a pair of highly-achieving athletic programs at Wasatch High School were honored.
This past autumn, the Wasps’ girls volleyball and cross country programs posted the highest team cumulative GPA’s in the 5-A classification based on team cumulative GPA’s of all 5-A schools.
The Wasps’ girls cross country program netted a collective 3.98 GPA with one star student-athlete posting a 4.0.
The girls’ volleyball squad for the Wasps amassed a collective 3.912 cumulative GPA and six individual 4.0 GPA’s.
On its official Instagram account, the school district stated it was proud of the achievements of these stellar student-athletes.
