(St. George, UT) — The University of Utah Valley Fever mapping research is receiving the Climate and Health Interdisciplinary Award from the Burroughs Welcome Fund. The award comes with 375-thousand in research funding. The goal of the study is to map where the fungus that causes the disease can survive and where it might spread.
