(Salt Lake City, UT) — Unemployment claims rose to begin November in Utah. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the number of jobless claims filed topped 15-hundred in the week ending on November 2nd. This was an increase of almost 50 from the week prior. Although the increase in Utah was small, unemployment claims jumped by over three-thousand nationally.
