SALT LAKE CITY-Thursday, the Utah Board of Higher Education approved tuition and fee increases across the Beehive State’s eight public colleges and universities for 2023.
The increases at the respective institutions are as follows:
University of Utah: $471 change; 4.80 percent change
Utah Valley University: $260 change; 4.33 percent change
Utah State University: $250 change; 3.10 percent change
Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State): $213 change; 3.63 percent change
Snow College: $180 change; 4.50 percent change
Weber State University: $163 change; 2.62 percent change
Salt Lake Community College: $163 change; 3.99 percent change
Utah State University Eastern (including Moab and Blanding campuses): $138 change; 3.10 percent change
Southern Utah University: $44 change; .65 percent change
The University of Utah has the largest change in both increase of dollars and percent.
Southern Utah University of Cedar City has the lowest change in both increase of dollars and percent.
