SALT LAKE CITY-Christmas celebrations on Temple Square in Salt Lake City will have some adjustments this year.
The annual Savior of the World dramatic production, which traditionally occurs at the Conference Center Theater in downtown Salt Lake City, will not occur this year.
Instead, this year, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are invited to submit their own Christmas video performances.
This is a replacement for English-language only performances. In this vein of thought, only English language performances will be accepted.
These submissions will then be edited into concerts and broadcast on churchofjesuschrist.org throughout the Christmas season.
They will also become part of the annual Light the World Christmas campaign.
Video submissions should be emailed to ChristmasatTempleSquare@churchofjesuschrist.org by November 15, 2020..
Each group may submit up to two videos.
