SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints advanced four more temples to Phase 2 of reopening worldwide.
Under the Church’s protocol, Phase 2 consists of being open for all living ordinances only with restrictions.
The four temples to obtain this distinction, effective November 9, are as follows:
-The Concepcion Chile Temple
-The Oakland California Temple
-The Port-au-Prince Haiti Temple
-The Santiago Chile Temple
As of November 9, 149 of the 168 temples operated by the Salt Lake City-based faith will have advanced to Phase 2, or 88.7 percent.
