LIMA, Peru-Earlier this month, religious leaders of the Interreligious Council of Peru: Religions for Peace recently joined in a virtual prayer for the country’s health care workers, employees, law enforcement, volunteers and everyone impacted by COVID-19.
Elder Enrique Falabella, the president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ South America Northwest Area also participated.
Peruvian president Martin Vizcarra presented the virtual prayer in a nationwide broadcast April 7.
