MIDWAY, Utah-As of Saturday January 5, the Ice Castles, located on the property of the Homestead Resort in Midway, are open for the season.
As long as the wintry weather lasts in the Heber Valley, the Ice Castles will remain open.
The Ice Castles are open from 4:00-9:00 pm Mondays-Thursdays, 4:00-10:30 pm on Fridays and 12:00-10:30 pm on Saturdays. They are closed on Sundays.
General admission (ages 12 and up) is $10.95 on weekdays and $15.95 on weekends.
Child admission is $7.95 on weekdays and $9.95 on weekends.
Standby tickets are limited and they do not have any guarantees.
Visitors are advised to wear boots, buy tickets before arrival, bring sleds instead of strollers and take as many photos as possible of their snow adventures.
There will be appearances by snow princesses Saturdays from 12:00-3:00 pm and fire performances Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00-10:00 pm
