SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the groundbreaking for the Heber Valley Temple will occur Saturday October 8.
Presiding at the event is Elder Kevin R. Duncan, the executive director of the Church’s Temple Department.
The temple will be built on a 17.9-acre site located southeast of 1400 E. Center, Heber City.
Plans are calling for a three-story temple consisting of approximately 88,000 square feet.
