HEBER CITY, Utah-For the first time in history, Heber City will implement the Red, White and Blue Festival to commemorate Independence Day this year.

Events are as follows:

July 4

6:00 am, balloon send-off at Heber City Airport

7:00 am, 10K

7:15 am, 5K

8:00 am, Chuckwagon breakfast sponsored by the Heber Valley Rotary Club

8:30 am, Patriot Walk sponsored by the Wasatch County School District

10:00 am, Corn hole competition sponsored by the Wasatch County Community Foundation

12:00 pm, Free hot dog lunch at the Main Street Park (while supplies last)

1:00 pm, games at the park

4:15 pm, clogging performance by Stomp It Out Cloggers of Stomp It Out Dance Studio of Heber City

5:00 pm, American Rooster (an opening act outdoor concert)

5:00 pm, Market on Main Street

6:30 pm,  outdoor concert by National Park Radio

Dusk: Fireworks from Memorial Hill sponsored by Midway City
