HEBER CITY, Utah-Saturday morning, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for April 28.

Case #2304-1278/Suspicious: Complainant reported a man was handing out papers outside of the Mountainland One Stop, 1175 S. Main, Heber City. When she was walking out of the store with her daughters, the man reached out and got close to one of them, attempting to hand her the paper.

Case #2304-1284/Noise Complaint: Complainant reported a band playing loud music at 600 N. Mill Road, Heber City

Case #2304-1289/Warrant Service: Following a traffic stop at 104 E. 600 South, Heber City, the driver was arrested for an active warrant and driving on suspension.
