Heber City Police Are Looking For Armed and Dangerous Man

HEBER CITY, Utah-Heber City Police are seeking assistance from anyone in locating the boyfriend of a woman who possibly killed her Thursday morning.

This man is considered “armed and dangerous.”

Officials stated police responded to a home near 500 East and 300 South in Heber City concerning reports of a possible homicide.

A concerned coworker went to the residence to check on a woman who lived at the home when she did not show up for work Thursday morning.

The coworker reported she found the woman dead on the floor at the home.

Police are attempting to find the woman’s boyfriend, 35-year-old Michael Grant Asman.

Asman is 5’6″ and 195 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

He may possibly be driving a white 2005 Chevrolet pickup with the license plate “T287M.”

This case is presently being investigated by the Wasatch Back Major Crimes Task Force. This consists of the Heber City Police Department, the Park City Police Department, the Utah Attorney General’s Office and the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office.

The Heber City Police Department reports the state of Utah’s helicopter is being employed in the search for Asman as well. As of 6:15 pm Thursday, they have been unsuccessful in locating him.
