HEBER CITY, Utah-As of Monday June 5, construction will start at 100 East in Heber City. It will progress to 500 East between Center Street and 100 North.

This will require the closure of residential streets, in sections, through November 2023.

Detours will be posted. Because water and sewer lines will require replacement, intermittent disruptions to these services for affected residents will occur.

Once all work is completed, final pavement is expected in the affected area.

Residents will be provided a 48-hour notice.

During this period, crews will enter these streets and do the following:

excavate and install main sewer lines

excavate and install water main lines

install pipeline laterals into properties for both water/sewer

install pressurized irrigation with laterals into properties, where prescribed

install fiber-optic cable as prescribed by independent contractors

roadway paving (by November 2023)
