Flood Victims In Yemen Receive Help From Latter-day Saint Charities

ADEN, Yemen-This past April, devastating flooding in Yemen killed 100 people and displaced 160,000 others.

The humanitarian arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Latter-day Saint Charities, partnered with Beverly Hills, Mich.-based Rahma Worldwide in providing supplies to nearly 2,000 displaced families.

Donated items included kitchenware, cooking fuel, rugs, pillows, blankets, mattresses and 125 large tents to house multiple families.
