MANCHESTER, England-In news released late Monday, missionaries representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the England Manchester Mission have amplified their missionary service despite COVID-19 restrictions.
A choir representing this mission shared a musical message of hope, reaching an audience of 14,000 on Easter Sunday via their Facebook page.
This virtual choir consisted of more than 100 missionaries who sang the hymn “He Sent His Son,” at the “Why I Believe” devotional broadcast on Facebook.
This online congregation featured missionaries from all over the world, including Argentina, Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Mexico, New Zealand, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
