LAYTON, Utah-Saturday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints conducted a small groundbreaking for a future temple at Layton, Utah.
The First Presidency of the Salt Lake City-based faith assigned the Utah Area Presidency of the Church to conduct this service so that construction could proceed, per a statement from Church spokesperson Irene Caso.
