The Big Hollow Fire is moving toward Daniel. As of yet, no structures have been threatened. Fire activity is minimal and is slowly backing down a nearby hill. Natural control features are in play, including Daniels Creek, between the fire and numerous Heber Valley communities.

The blaze was human-caused and has increased to 80 acres. No evacuations have been ordered and no structures are threatened.

Thursday evening, the Big Hollow Fire commenced south of the Heber Valley Airport in Daniel.
No cause for the blaze has been given at this time by authorities.
Officials confirmed no evacuations have been given by authorities.
