MOAB, Utah-Effective Saturday March 28, Arches and Canyonlands National Park will be closed because of the coronavirus.
The parks, each of which are close to Moab, are shut down until further notice.
Per statements made to the media Friday by Utah Governor Gary Herbert, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef national parks are still open to the public but asks that people obey social distancing guidelines.
