Heber Valley Day of Service

The National 9/11 Day of Service will be recognized on Saturday September 9th at Main Street Park with a Flag Ceremony at 9 am at the Heber City Park.

A light breakfast of doughnuts and beverages will be served at 10 am. Community projects are available to participate in or work within your neighborhood or church organizations to determine needs in your area.

Six big community projects have been identified and listed below, tools will be needed, a complete list is available on the www.hebervalleyserves.org
website. Prior sign up is appreciated to help with resource management:
Airport beautification
Heber Valley Railroad beautification
IHC Hospital grounds beautification
Property beautification at 274 North Main Street
Fleece blankets for inmates to tie
Weaving of waterproof mats for the homeless and refugees
Cascade Springs cleanup/beautification
