UVU Tip-Off

OREM, Utah-Tucker Englebright scored a team-best 19 points to pace the Wasatch Wasps in a 60-52 loss to Orem Wednesday at the UVU Tip-off at the UCCU Center.

Jaxton Anderson added 15 points for the Wasps in the loss.

Robbie Glenn led Wasatch in steals with five in defeat.

The Wasps return to action Tuesday at Real Salt Lake Academy of Herriman.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Chiara Serre led the way with 12 points and the Wasatch Wasps drilled Cedar Valley 49-32 at the Nest Wednesday in non-region girls basketball play. Naomi Nicholson led the Aviators in defeat with 9 points. This was the first meeting in history between the two squads.

The 1-1 Wasps return to action Tuesday by hosting Payson at the Nest for a 7:00 pm tip-off.
