ATLANTA-Monday, Utah head football coach Kyle Whittingham was named the Dodd Trophy Coach of the Week as confirmed by the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Foundation and the Peach Bowl.

This weekly honor lauds a coach leading his team to ” a significant victory” during the past week, while epitomizing the award’s three pillars of “scholarship, leadership and integrity.”

The Utes return to action Friday afternoon by hosting Colorado at Rice-Eccles Stadium in the regular season finale for both squads.
