LOGAN, Utah-Tuesday, Utah State head men’s basketball coach Ryan Odom announced the signing of Mason Falslev to the program.

The former Sky View High School star is currently serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brazil and will join the Aggies in time for the 2022-23 season.

The 6-4 Falslev was a star quarterback on the Bobcats’ football team and earned back-to-back 4A state MVP honors on the hardwood at Sky View.

Falslev is presently the Bobcats’ all-time boys basketball scoring leader with 1,930 points.

A skilled academician, Falslev also graduated from Sky View High School with a cumulative GPA of 3.969.

The Aggies’ season ensues Thursday as they face the Penn Quakers at the Myrtle Beach Invitational of Conway, S.C.
