This is only the latest such activity to be cancelled, joining Provo’s Freedom Festival for the 4th of July and Ogden’s Pioneer Days.
Presently, the Utah State Fair, slated for September 10-20, is still slated to go on. However, officials have said they are closely monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 and will adapt as necessary.
