Four Utah Cities To Offer Antibody Tests

SALT LAKE CITY-Wednesday, four Utah cities will begin administering antibody tests to residents who think they may have been exposed to or infected with COVID-19 but did not experience any symptoms.

The cities include Bluffdale, Draper, Riverton and Vineyard.

This screening attempts to detect antibodies that may be present in Utah residents, thereby allowing their bodies to combat COVID-19.

Should the antibodies of a specific virus be present, this means they were exposed or infected with the virus.

In the case of other sicknesses, individuals may have received a vaccination to prevent contracting it in the first place.

Residents can make an appointment online and will be tested on a first-come first-serve basis and cost $69.99 per person.

This can be reimbursed by insurance payment plans.

Drive-thru appointments will occur every 30 minutes and results will be provided in 15-20 minutes.

They will occur in Draper May 20 and May 26, May 21 in Riverton, May 28 in Bluffdale and May 29 in Vineyard.
