HEBER CITY, Utah-In a Thursday announcement, the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office welcomed Carl Latimer to the staff.

Latimer graduated from the Utah Corrections Academy, Class #308.

Her certificate confirms she exhibited “professional conduct” while at the academy.
