MAGNA, Utah-Thursday, the Magna Water District issued a boil order. A raccoon was discovered in one of the water storage tanks, resulting in contamination.

Residents have been instructed not to drink the water.

The district informs residents at this time to bring the water to a boil for five minutes and let it cool before using.

Otherwise, the district recommends residents drink bottled water.
