WASATCH COUNTY, Utah-Monday morning, the work week had a rough beginning on eastbound U.S. 40.
On its official Twitter account, UDOT confirmed the incident occurred on milepost 35 on the right shoulder 14 miles south of Heber City at 8:20 am. The official clearance time is estimated to be at 9:18 am.
