OGDEN, Utah-Ramon Rodriguez, Sauryn Lao and Brandon Lewis each homered as the Ogden Raptors routed the Missoula Osprey 13-3 Wednesday in Pioneer League baseball action at Lindquist Field. Elio Serrano earned the win on the mound for the Raptors, as he is now 3-0 on the season. The Raptors improved to 42-12 with the win. Jose Reyes homered and had an RBI groundout in the loss for the Osprey, as they fell to 28-26.
OREM, Utah-Brandon White’s go-ahead home run in the 8th Inning lifted the Orem Owlz to a 6-5 win over the Idaho Falls Chukars in Pioneer League baseball action at UCCU Ballpark Wednesday. Will Wilson, Jeremiah Jackson and David Clawson also had RBI in the win for the Owlz, as they improved to 20-34, by overcoming a 3-0 deficit. Jose Natera improved to 1-2 on the season with the win for Orem. Juan Carlos Negret homered and had an RBI ground out and Stephan Vidal added another home run in the loss for the 25-26 Chukars.
