(Salt Lake City, UT) — Another Utah resident is suing Kevin O’Leary for defamation. Ogden resident Taylor Knuth is also suing Fox News. He claims O’Leary defamed him by going on Fox and claiming he was an agent of the Chinese government. Knuth used to be the executive director at the Alliance for a Better Utah, which is opposed to O’Leary’s planned data center in Box Elder County. Both Fox and O’Leary have said they will defend themselves against the lawsuits.
