(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s Lieutenant Governor is being threatened by the Department of Justice. Dierdre Henderson says top officials inside President Donald Trump’s DOJ are threatening her with criminal prosecution. At issue is the release of voter data. Henderson says Utah law prohibits her from releasing private information. The DOJ has already sued Utah, demanding that voter information be handed over to Washington.
