(Springville, UT) — More than 15-thousand pounds of ready-to-eat jerky and snack stick products made by a Utah company are being recalled. The recalled products were made by Springville Meat and Cold Storage Company. The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says the products contain anchovies, a known allergen that is not declared on the product label. The affected items were produced from May 30th, 2023, to May 30th of this year.
