OREM, Utah-Per Wednesday news, Utah Valley University men’s basketball coach Mark Madsen hired Ken Moses as a new assistant coach for the Wolverines’ program.
Moses comes to UVU after two seasons as an assistant coach at Montana State University (2020-2022) of the Big Sky Conference.
This past season, the Bobcats went 27-8 and won the Big Sky Conference Tournament, sending Montana State to the NCAA Tournament.
The Bobcats won both the Big Sky regular season and conference tournament titles last season for the first time in 26 years with Moses playing a key role in these attainments.
Moses starred at NCAA Division II Colorado State-Pueblo and started his coaching career as an assistant with the Thunderwolves from 2010-13.
Moses has also coached at Southern Illinois, NJCAA Division I Missouri State-West Plains and at NCAA Division II Nebraska-Kearney.
