SALT LAKE CITY-Per a Wednesday report, Elder Ronald A. Rasband of The Quorum of Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints returned from a visit to Asia recently.

Elder Rasband and his wife, Melanie, attended in-person meetings with the Saints and missionaries in New Delhi, India and Singapore.

Virtual meetings occurred in other parts of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Taichung and Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Elder Rasband commenced his Asian labors in India March 12, a country he had visited as a businessman prior to his call to the Apostleship.

Throughout his labors, Elder Rasband exhorted the Saints to be worthy of attending the temple.

Temples are being constructed in Bengaluru, India and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Virtual meetings occurred in Cambodia March 16.

March 20, Elder Rasband attended an in-person stake conference in Singapore. This was the largest meeting that has occurred in Singapore since March 2020.
