HEBER CITY, Utah-Payge Armendariz drove in four runs and the Wasatch Wasps pounded Maple Mountain 8-1 Tuesday in Region 9 softball play. Armendariz also earned the win in the circle for the Wasps, netting 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Carlos Rodriguez scored twice and the Provo Bulldogs downed Wasatch 3-1 in Region 9 boys soccer play Tuesday. Victor Lopez also scored in victory for the Bulldogs. Diego Magana found the net in defeat for the Wasps.
