CEDAR CITY, Utah-Monday, Southern Utah football will commence its first spring practice with a 4:00 pm session.

This session is open to the public and ushers in the era of new head coach DeLane Fitzgerald who came to the Thunderbirds from NCAA Division II Frostburg State (Md.).

Leading returners from last season for the T-Birds include junior receivers Ethan Bolingbroke (54 rec, 523 yards, 2 TD’s in 2021) and Brandon Schenks (39 rec, 516 yards, 6 TD’s in 2021) on offense. The returning defensive leader is senior defensive lineman Francis Bemiy (4 sacks, 12.5 tackles for a loss).

March 28: 4:00 pm

April 15: 4:00 pm

The Spring game is Saturday April 16 at Eccles Coliseum.
