HEBER CITY, Utah-Payge Armendariz posted 5 RBI and the Wasatch Wasps surged past Class 6A West 19-12 Tuesday in non-region softball play. Andrea Sweat netted 12 strikeouts to earn the win in the circle for the Wasps. Wasatch improves to 7-0 on the season in victory.

The Wasps will join the rest of their schoolmates on Spring Break and return to action March 24 as they host Class 6A Skyridge in another non-region tilt.
